Sleep deprivation

Let’s say that it has been incredibly hot in your area for the past week.

And then let’s say that because of the heat, you have been suffering from insomnia for the past several days, to the point that you are wide awake at 2am every darn morning for days in a row and you Can Not Get To Sleep, no matter what you do.

So you decide to get up and knit something. Because at least if you are going to be forced to be wide awake at 2am, you might as well do something productive.

Small things are good. Quick things are better. Useful things are best of all.
